Ali Lane is a dressage rider and trainer from Droitwich, Worcestershire.

She's also an Equipilates™ instructor and Rider Biomechanics coach, specialising in rider position and helping riders overcome physical restrictions and asymmetries.

Ali has competed in dressage and show jumping from an early age, but has always wanted to be an instructor. Ali is passionate about helping other riders improve their  partnership with their horse and improving competition results.

Ali's top ride, Elegant IV, is currently competing at elementary, aiming at medium level in the spring after competing at the British Dressage winter regional championships.

Ali's Coaching Philosophy

Ali is a passionate teacher.

She seeks to help improve the partnership between horse and rider, as well as the horses way of going, the riders skills and competition results. She teaches all ages and abilities from novice to advanced.

Ali believes you should 'train the rider, train the horse, and train the horse and rider together'. That way any problem in training can be broken down and addressed more easily.

Because Ali is a qualified Intrinsic Biomechanics Coach, Equipilates™ instructor and UKCC Dressage coach she has a unique skill set and can help improve the riders effectiveness, any position issues and asymmetries that can then speed up the training process, meaning you climb the levels quicker!
